Motability Operations is a non-profit organisation that helps disabled people to use their government-funded allowance lease vehicles. Since it started 35 years ago, it has made three million people mobile.
To give its disabled clients the best possible customer service, Motability Operations called in Clarity to run complaint-handling workshops.
