Writing annual reports
We helped the DoH's Modernisation Agency - the body dedicated to identifying and spreading best practice throughout the NHS - to write two of its annual reports.
The annual report is read by ordinary people, as well as the highest echelons of the government. We made sure the reports said what the Modernisation Agency has achieved - in terms that everyone in this wide audience could understand.
