We helped Vodafone to align its internal comms with its external PR.
Our first task was to make the senior team’s announcements sound less corporate. We then helped define the Vodafone tone of voice and re-drafted the staff code of conduct.
For Vodafone’s HR department we wrote new, more welcoming recruitment and employment confirmation letters. We also made employees’ pension entitlements clearer and more informative.
Most recently, we re-drafted copy about corporate security for Vodafone’s new intranet.
