Writing training and communications advice
We have worked for more than 10 years with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, including NatWest, Coutts and Ulster Bank, running customer relations training courses for staff around the UK. Those who attend our courses range from newly hired staff to seasoned professional writers. We have also coached individuals.
