Writing training and style guide

Clarity conducted training courses with the entire ABI staff during 2006 and early 2007, and produced a house style guide. We then began a series of courses for new arrivals, and refresher sessions for older hands.

Stephen Haddrill, the then ABI Director-General, paid generous tribute to Clarity's work:

"Clear communication is essential for a representative body like the ABI. Clarity trained all our staff and prepared our new style guide. They have made a huge difference to us. We now have a clear and consistent house style and a better process for producing documents. And as an added bonus they were thought-provoking and fun to work with."
